How does Viagra Connect cost on Eddie?
Eddie was a subscription based way to buy Viagra Connect from Well Pharmacy. It originally advertised: “Viagra Connect delivered discreetly to your door. From £19.99 with free delivery.” However, at the time of writing they were no longer accepting new customers, although their website remains online.
They now direct users to contact one of Well Pharmacy’s over 700 stores if they’d like to buy.
Can I buy Viagra Connect on Amazon?
At the time of the writing, there are no legal seller of Viagra Connect on Amazon. Be aware that Viagra Connect is a medicine and should only be bought online from a company on the Register of authorised online sellers of medicines.
Can I buy Viagra Connect at supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrions, etc?
According to a 16 April 2018 Press Release from Pfizer:
From today, VIAGRA CONNECT is being made available to purchase from pharmacies across the country. This means that in addition to Boots, VIAGRA CONNECT will become available for men to buy from independent community pharmacies, major pharmacy retailers such as Lloyds Pharmacy, Well Pharmacy, Rowlands and Superdrug, and supermarket pharmacies such as Asda, Morrisons, and Tesco.
However, at the time of writing it did not appear you could purchase Viagra Connect online from any Supermarket website.
Viagra Connect vs Viagra
According to Pfizer both Viagra and Viagra Connect have the same active ingredient: Sildenafil. But until recently both Viagra and Sildenafil required prescriptions. However, “VIAGRA connect is the first medicine available in the UK without a prescription to help men with erectile dysfunction (ED). It is available to buy from the pharmacy and registered online pharmacies.”
The only difference it that Viagra Connect is only available in 50mg pills whereas prescription Viagra comes in 25mg, 50mg and 100mg tablet options. The cost per 50mg tablet is more or less the same.
Finally, be aware that while Viagra Connect does not require a prescription, you still have to complete a consultation with a pharmacist (although this can be done online).
